Melrose holiday cottage sleeps five with one queen bed in the master bedroom, a double in the second bedroom and one king single in the third bedroom.

An open plan kitchen and dining area has a table for six, radio CD player with CDs and full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and all the essential crockery and cutlery for your stay.

The lounge room features a flat screen HD TV , DVD player & DVDs and leather lounge suite with recliner chairs. The bathroom with toilet and large shower is situated next to the bedrooms.  No need to find a launderette as the laundry is fully equipped with an automatic washing machine and dryer. A second toilet adjoins the laundry.

History

The red brick 1941 Californian Bungalow is an example of the many Australian homes built in the Art Deco style and has been extensively renovated to reflect that era. The high ceilings, polished timber doors, brass door furniture and ornate fireplace give this cottage an special charm. The gardens have been planted with seduction roses, hedges and camellias.
