Conditions of Booking

We require credit card details at reservation.

A deposit of 1/3 of your total tariff will be required prior to your arrival and can be made by credit card, cheque or direct deposit (detail upon request).

To allow for proper cleaning etc arrival cannot be prior to 2pm and departure not later than 10am unless another arrangement has be agreed to prior to arrival.

Visitors may visit between 9am and 11pm. No more than 6 visitors may be present at any time. You are responsible for your visitors behaviour at all times.

Disturbance of our neighbours, including excessive late night night noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of your rental.

Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave at any time if the above conditions are broken, or if guests behaviour is considered unruly. No compensation will be offered if your stay is terminated due to bad behaviour and you will be required to pay for all damage and breakages.

Cancellation Policy

If your reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged your deposit or 1/3 of your total tariff.
